It’s been five years since I last caught up with Dean Kim, master baker and owner of OC Baking Company, Orange County's premier artisan bakery. Since then he’s nearly doubled the number of top restaurants and hotels that he bakes bread for and he moved into a much larger 22,000 sq. ft. commercial bakery in Orange. The Great Pacific Airshow

The 3rd annual Great Pacific Airshow line-up will feature the USAF Thunderbirds on Oct. 19 -21, in what will be a spectacular event. Practice performances will begin around 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 19. The Huntington Beach Airshow is free to the public with a large event footprint spanning Huntington City Beach from Seapoint to Beach Boulevard. The Airshow center is located across Pacific Coast Highway- across from The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel.
