Healthy Junk, the renowned vegan comfort eatery at Center Street Anaheim, is hosting its Fifth Annual Vegan Faire: “One Love” on Saturday, July 28 from 4 to 10 p.m. “We need a community gathering in every city, a coming together,” said Lynda Santos, Healthy Junk’s executive chef. “I wanted to bring in new people that might be afraid to try vegan food, that it would be an opportunity for them to see what it’s all about.” Approximately 6,500 vegan and healthy life-style enthusiasts have gathered to partake in this free community event annually.
