Pour Company Welcomes a New Weekend Brunch
Celebrates the simple pleasure of al fresco dining at Pour Company in Fullerton with a new weekend brunch menu created by Chef Nick Oberlin that features energized interpretations of familiar dishes, all made in-house from well-sourced ingredients. Guests are invited to enjoy the new brunch menu from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday on Pour Company’s covered private patio with its own outdoor bar, which offers morning Eye Openers, including Bottomless Mimosas, Sangria and Micheladas.
Chef Nick Oberlin’s Weekend Brunch Menu features:
Pastrami Sweet Potato Hash – Mustard Hollandaise
Prosciutto Benedict – English Muffin, Prosciutto, Mustard Hollandaise
Breakfast Burrito – Eggs, Tater Tots, Cheese
(option to add Bacon, Sausage, Soyrizo & Avocado)
Avocado Toast – Toasted Ciabatta, Avocado, Arugula & Dukah
Stuffed Cinnamon French Toast – Seasonal Preserves, Vanilla Caramel
Chicken & Waffles – Pink Peppercorn Syrup
Breakfast Nachos – Salsa Verde, Cotija Cheese
(option to add Smoked Chicken, Chorizo or Pulled Pork)
Hangover Scramble – Tater Tots, 2 Eggs, Kale, Bacon Gravy
3-Star Pancakes – Plain, Banana, Chocolate or Berries
House Burger – House Blend Beef, White Cheddar Cheese, Bacon Onion Jam (option to add a Fried Egg)
Mexican Shrimp Caesar – Garlic Shrimp, Romaine, Pepitas, Cotija & Roasted Poblano Caesar Dressing
Steak & Eggs – Chimichurri, Crispy Potatoes, 2 Eggs

Weekend Brunch Menu is offered Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Pour Company is open for Dinner Tuesday through Sunday, and Weekend Brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
