When brothers Eddie and Don Sheldrake opened their third Polly’s Pie location in Long Beach’s California Heights neighborhood in winter of 1972, Richard Nixon was president, the Oldsmobile Cutlass was the most popular car on the highway and gas was 36-cents a gallon. Goodwill of Orange County just opened its newly relocated Bristol Warner Marketplace location in Santa Ana. The new 9,871 square-foot store offers customers an elevated shopping experience and a one-of-a-kind assortment of clothing for all ages, accessories, home décor, electronics, furniture, and more. 2ND & PCH, in partnership with Leadership Long Beach and POW! WOW! Long Beach, has unveiled a conversation heart wall titled “Show Some Love Long Beach” for the community to enjoy through March 10.
