For the past 26 years, Orange County surf local Erik Nelsen has spread the surf stoke to countless kids. Erik and his crew of veteran, CPR and first aid trained instructors offer a safe environment where children ages 5 to 14 learn about the ocean and begin to learn the fundamentals of Orange County's favorite sport, surfing! Sutra is packing the dance floor for six nights straight starting tonight for their Sutra 5+1 music series featuring Fedde Le Grand, Laidback Luck, Chuckie,  Paul Van Dyk, Gareth Emery, and ending with a massive set by Armin Van Burren. Epic Casino Night

Join Epic's Casino Night on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. hosted by UCI Rotaract at the UC Irvine Student Center.  All proceeds will go towards the fight against the water crisis via Epic's non-profit organization.  Play casino games and you can win great prizes including a 32-inch flat screen TV, gift cards to local shops and restaurants and much more. Epic Timepieces  is a local watch company that raises funds directly to large water filtration projects in developing countries.  Admission is free. Skate Off!

National Scholastic Skateboarding League (NSSL) celebrates its riders with an awards night and fundraising dinner at Hurley HQ in Costa Mesa on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. School skate team riders and coaches can attend for free, all others entrance costs $25 or 5 for $100.
