The OC Parks Summer Concert Series will conclude with a special performance from Matt Costa with The Blank Tapes at Bluff Park Salt Creek Beach on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. The concert, part of the World Famous KROQ's ROQ N' Surf summer series, is free and so is parking.
