Leukemia & Lymphoma Light the Night Fundraiser Comedy Benefit

Join the Irvine Improv on Monday, August 29 for an annual fundraising night filled with laughter and fun in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s 2016 Light The Night Walk that’s raising funds for blood cancer research. The headliner is Kira Soltanovich from GSN’s “Winsanity” and from Tru TV’s “How To Be A Grown Up”. The show is with Dylan Mandlsohn and hosted by Chris Donovan. LATIN DIVA LIVENS UP BACK BAY BISTRO’S JAZZ SERIES

International star, singer and pianist Julia Vari who has performed at Mexico City’s National Auditorium, the Harlem Jazz Club in Barcelona, Spain and, locally, at Jazz on Vine in Los Angeles will liven up Back Bay Bistro’s Jazz Series tonight.  Dinner will be served from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the concert from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.  The performance is the latest in the restaurant’s ongoing jazz series that features top performers in the genre. The owner of the critically acclaimed Anaheim White House restaurant is giving away 10,000 free meals to nonprofits in Orange County in order to help them raise funds to fulfill their goals.
