321 Empower, a nonprofit founded by celebrity fitness trainer Ramona Braganza to provide human trafficking survivors with the strength and skills necessary to live healthy and independent lives, will host its first fundraising event on Saturday, February 9. The Philharmonic Society of Orange County presents the Orange County premiere of Evolution, a new production by world-renowned taiko drumming troupe Kodo, on Sunday, February 10, 7 p.m., at Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, Segerstrom Center for the Arts.   Evolution is a program of large-scale works performing on a wide variety of drums with impeccable precision, from the Katsugi Daiko (or “portable taiko”) drums to timpani to the massive 660-pound o-daiko drums.
