Wine enthusiasts can join Cucina enoteca Irvine on Friday, March 8 at 6 p.m. for an evening and four-course wine dinner hosted by Helen Buehler of Buehler Vineyard. They’ve been making Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel for more than four decades. Their goal is to combine meticulous vineyard management and minimal winemaking techniques to create wines of complexity and depth at a fair and reasonable price.
