Explore the great outdoors during a free family-friendly hike through Trabuco Rose Preserve on Saturday, April 5 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Hikers will enjoy a morning discovering the beauty of Trabuco Rose Preserve during a mild hike fit for feet of all sizes, as well as creating nature-related crafts and learning about the surrounding protected lands. All ages are welcome to attend, and activities are appropriate for children ages four and over. This short and easy hike is a half-mile one way. Talented female directors will be in the spotlight on Saturday, March 14, when LUNAFEST takes place at the Marion Knott Studios at Chapman University in Orange, hosted by ZONTA Club of Newport Harbor. LUNAFEST, the creation of the energy bar company Clif Bar, consists of seven short films on diverse topics by and about women.
