iHeartYoga, located in Dana Point Harbor, is excited to announce their very first FREE Virtual Vino & Vinyasa Class on Thursday, May 14 at 5 p.m.  Yoga instructors Bree, Elsa and Jessica will be visiting their neighbors at Frisby Cellars in the Harbor for a glass of the Cellar's famous vino while walking guests through an hour-long fun and easy vinyasa flow.
