The Catalina Island Museum presents Frida Kahlo: Through the Lens of Nickolas Muray that's on view through September 27. The intimate exhibition displays the personal life of Mexico’s most prolific female artist, Frida Kahlo, captured through the lens of longtime friend, lover and confidant Nickolas Muray. The work includes approximately 50 photographic portraits and prints from 1937-1946, including six images that have never before been exhibited in the United States, and a number of intimate letters of correspondence between Kahlo and Muray. The Ghoukassian family’s Bistango Restaurant in Irvine (sister to Bayside in Newport Beach) has reopened for dine-in and al fresco service, as well as takeout. Using their beautiful open-air outdoor patio as a bastion for relaxed dining by a serene bubbling fountain, @Bistango_Irvine is a great spot for a safe meal, with ample physical space. OC Lifestyle Clothing Brand Provides PPE to Front Line Workers

Newport Beach-based STKY, a lifestyle clothing brand found a way to give back to the community during the pandemic. The apparel company donates 100% of its profits to purchase medical-quality disposable protective masks and gloves and deliver the supplies to Southern California's frontline workers in short supply of personal protective gear.
