Watertable, the signature restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach, will be introducing a series of wine dinners featuring renowned wines of Napa Valley’s Heitz Wine Cellars, including the revered Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, one of the finest wines in the world. Cucina Enoteca Opens at Fashion Island

After a year in the making, the new Cucina enoteca just opened at Fashion Island, in the former El Torito Grill spot.
