4th Street Market, the ever-evolving Santa Ana food hall in Downtown Santa Ana just opened two new exciting concepts: Red Envelope and WINGMAN. Red Envelope is a collaborative project that brings Vietnamese-fusion comfort food to the Orange County food scene. Burnt Crumbs, the newest handcrafted sandwich concept, from the owners of the popular food trucks, The Burnt Truck and Dogzilla as well as the brick and mortar, Burntzilla, just opened two locations in Irvine and Huntington Beach. Their signature gourmet sandwiches were created to evoke childhood memories, in a modern and contemporary setting.
