The Winery Restaurant Evolves To Accommodate New Dining Regulations
In preparation to reopen its dining rooms safely once state mandates allow for it, The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar has begun to implement measures that follow safety guidelines given to restaurants in the region. The Winery Founding Partner JC Clow has partnered with Super Color Digital to create partitions between tables, at the bar top and surrounding the host stand, where guests check-in before they are seated.
“The idea was to install partitions that ensure the safety of our guests and our staff while maintaining the energy of our dining room and preserving the integrity of the experience we strive to offer,” commented JC Clow, who is a Partner in The Winery Restaurant’s three Southern California locations, along with William Lewis and Chef Yvon Goetz. “We’ve already installed gorgeous custom dividers throughout our Newport Beach location that are made from medical-grade Lexan, which are optically transparent for a ‘barely-there’ feel that won’t distract from our guest experience.”
The restaurant utilized the expertise at Super Color Digital to create a safer, yet continued elegant dining experience. Every CDC safety concern was considered during the design and installation of dining room partitions designed to deflect a large number of airborne particles that may be produced by breathing or an involuntary cough or sneeze. By creating a barrier between customer tables and seating areas, The Winery has the ability to maximize restaurant occupancy without increasing potential viral exposure.
The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar has installed partitions throughout the dining rooms and bar areas at its Newport Beach location is at 3131 W. Coast Highway, Newport Beach.
