The Cheesiest Event of the Year

Cheese enthusiasts will love the return of the 3rd annual Oozefest hosted by Foodbeast, on Saturday, Oct. 14 at MainPlace Mall in Santa Ana. During Oozefest, guests can over-indulge in cheese-centric bites and craft beer, as well as take part in a game of Spicy Jalapeno Popper Russian Roulette presented by Infinity Sauce. You can also swing by the PBR Stage to check out the PBR Pizza Eating Competition, where the winner will receive the ‘PBR Pizza Cup’, a trophy only the ultimate cheese-lover can earn. In addition, there will be a professional grilled-cheese eating competition, presented by King’s Hawaiian. It’s the perfect opportunity to celebrate October and National Cheese Month.

The event will take place in two parts on Saturday Oct. 14.

VIP: will host (2) sessions 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.; and 7:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m., All-You-Can-Eat & Drink $75.

All Flavor No Grease: The Flavor Bomb (a flour tortilla filled with a three-cheese blend, steak or chicken, deep fried into a golden ball of satisfaction)
Bosscat Kitchen & Libations: Cheese Pig (four-cheese stuffed biscuit, topped with barbecue pork jam and four-cheese caramel)
Bruxie: Kickin' Chicken Waffle Cone (topped with buffalo cheese sauce)
Butterleaf: Crispy Avocado Nachos with Cashew Cheese
Cafe Calacas: Churro de Papa y Requeson (Mexican Ricotta Cheese and Potato Savory Churro)
Churned Creamery: Cheesecake Ice Cream CroCream (Fresh Cheesecake Gelato Croissant Sandwich)
Creamistry: Guava Ricotta Ice Cream Cannolis (ricotta liquid nitrogen ice cream stuffed in crispy cannoli shells drizzled with fresh guava puree)
Del Taco: NEW! Queso Fries (Del Taco’s famous Crinkle-Cut Fries topped with two layers of cheese, creamy Queso Blanco and freshly grated cheddar)
Doner G: Doner G Cheesesteak
D.R.E.A.M. Donut Truck: Donut Melt (with cured Soujoukh and Armenian string cheese)
Haute Sandwich Hut: Beef Tongue White Bean Chili Hot Dogs topped with Raclette Cheese
Lucille’s BBQ: Pimento Bacon Mac and Cheese with Fried Pimento Cheese (homemade cheese sauce, bacon, diced smoked peppers and onions, topped with melted cheddar)
King’s Hawaiian: Spam Cordon Bleu Grilled Cheese (grilled cheese made with dijon, arugula, sliced chicken breast, provolone, and pan-fried Spam, all on grilled King’s Hawaiian bread)
The Kroft: Cheeseburger Eggrolls
Mad Dumplings: Four-Cheese Shrimp & Pork Dumplings (with pan-fried cilantro and jalapeño)
Pie-Not: Mini Italian Sausage Pies (stuffed with hunks of Mozzarella)
Puesto: Chorizo Verde Fundido Tacos (with Queso Oaxaca)
Razzy Rucas: Jalapeno Popper Mac & Cheese Stuffed Quesadilla
Sgt. Pepperoni’s: Great Ball of Fire (garlic knot stuffed with cream cheese, bacon and tomato)
Slapfish: The famous LOBSTICLE served with queso dip
Tri-Tip Man: BBQ Empanada (smoked tri tip, bacon, candied jalapenos, smoked gouda sauce, and sliced white american)

Guests can sip on a variety of refreshing brews during Oozefest III from SoCal breweries including Firestone Walker, Four Sons Brewing, Green Cheek Beer Co., Smog City Brewery, and The Good Beer Co.
