Summer Grilling at Maro in Laguna

July 11, 2013

The summer season is all about the grill! And at Maro Wood Grill, a farm-to-table restaurant in Laguna Beach they’re celebrating all year long with wood-fired grilling at its finest. Executive Chef Debra Sims prepares made-from-scratch creations and the sweet smoky flavors of wood grilling in Maro’s open-style kitchen, including everyone’s favorite edamame with Sonoma sea salt and mesquite grilled shishito peppers.

The award-winning Maro burger is a real palate-pleaser with grass fed ground beef topped with aged white cheddar, organic lettuce and tomatoes, bacon, homemade pickles and aioli. Other menu favroites include the grass fed steaks topped with house made chimichurri and grilled fish selections changing daily based on the day’s catch.

Open from noon to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursdays and Saturdays; open noon to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturdays. Closed Monday.
