March 29, 2016

Whether you’re an aspiring foodie or culinary master, SOCO Collection is Orange County’s favorite dining destination for gourmet cuisine, tasty snacks, and everything in between! On March 31, SOCO and The OC Mix’s award-winning eateries are joining forces for the 2nd Annual SOCO Uncorked – a one night-only food and wine tasting extravaganza.

Set in SOCO’s open-air courtyard, SOCO Uncorked will feature delicious bites from more than a dozen of Orange County’s hottest restaurants including Pueblo, Taco Maria, Portola Coffee, Shuck Oyster Bar, ST Patisserie Chocolat, and Bistro Papillote among others. With each small bite, guests will also enjoy a wide range of inspired wine pairings from more than 30 producers from around the world – all curated by SOCO’s LCA Wine.

Tickets are available online for $75, and a percentage of each ticket purchase will benefit Project Hope Alliance and their mission to end cycle of homelessness for Orange County families. For a more exclusive experience, VIP tickets are available for $100 advance/ $120 at the door, which includes general admission plus a pre-tasting event.

VIP guests will have their choice of a wine tasting with Master Sommelier, Peter Neptune, at Neptune School of Wine or a duck deconstruction demo with ARC’s award-winning chef Noah Blöm at Surfas Culinary District.
