Ruby’s Diners expand in OC

In celebration of Ruby’s Diner’s 35^th anniversary, there are two new Orange County Ruby’s Diners where you can go for America’s favorite burgers, hand-made milkshakes, and delicious fries, as well as a wide selection of breakfast entrees.

The newest full service Ruby’s Diner plans to open doors at the Outlets at San Clemente in January, and the Ruby’s Diner location in Laguna Hills Mall just went through an extensive remodel and just reopened.

Ruby’s Diner at Outlets at San Clemente will mark the brand’s 33rd location. The Laguna Hills Mall’s fully remodeled Ruby’s Diner is in a new location within the center, now adjacent to Macy’s. The remodel includes a new expanded patio and extensive interior renovations.
