Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas New Menu

Cinépolis, the go to theater for a first class movie going experience in Laguna Niguel and Rancho Santa Margarita just created a new menu debuting this month.

The menu offers more healthy options including several vegetarian and vegan options, while still providing classic fare. Guests can enjoy the full menu in their premium leather reclining seats inside the auditorium, or in the lounge-style lobby, bar area, or outdoor patio, before or after their movie.

The signature starters feature truffle skinny fries with sriracha aioli and shishito peppers with a ponzu dipping sauce, as well as healthy salads such as kale salad with carrots, purple cabbage and orange segments and a red quinoa salad with arugula, tossed in a cilantro- lime vinaigrette. A few of the new entrees include gluten free and vegetarian options such as garden truffle flatbread made with summer squash, fresh burrata cheese and drizzled with truffle oil. There’s gluten free fusilli pasta primavera, as well as avocado BTL and the Southwest Chicken Panini. The new offerings conclude with dessert specialties including a blood orange mascarpone mousse cake or a housemade Nutella springroll.

And don’t forget the classic movie snacks. Enjoy a variety of popcorn such as butter, lite, caramel, and spicy chili, or upgrade to gourmet zebra popcorn, made with dark and white chocolate. Everything from nachos, hotdogs, soft drinks, milkshakes and a full candy selection.

All cinemas include state-of-the-art digital and sound projection technology, leather reclining seats, personal swivel tables and call service buttons for in- theater dining experience. 

Tickets start at $13.50 and seats can be selected online, through the App, or directly at the box office.
