Lido Live: The New OC Music Venue
Ever since the Lido Theater transformed from a movie theatre to a mixed use venue several months back, newly named Lido Live, Orange County has a new concert venue that also shows select films throughout the week. Smokey Robinson and Missing Persons already performed, as well as well as popular cover bands such as Queen Nation on Saturday night.
Next up at Lido Live, the British rock group, The Babys, best known for their hits "Isn't It Time" and "Every Time I Think of You" on Saturday, Jan. 31 at 9 p.m. will perform with special guest: British 80’s rock band, Gene Loves Jezebel. Tickets cost $24. 21 and over.
The following weekend, Saturday, Feb. 7 and Sunday, Feb. 8 at 8 p.m. The Pack: Tribute to Frank, Dean and Sammy will be performing. Tickets cost $30. 21 and over.
On, Friday, Feb. 20 at 8 p.m. The Reflexx, a SoCal 80’s new wave tribute band and Richard Blade will perform with special guest artists: Annabella Lwin from the original Bow Wow Wow and Jay Aston of Gene Loves Jezebel. Tickets cost $20. 21 and over.
On Saturday, Feb. 21 at 8 p.m. The Long Run: Experience the Eagles will perform. Tickets cost $24. And on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 9 p.m. it’s Cubensis, a Grateful Dead cover band will perform. Tickets cost $15. 21 and over.

OC Mommy and Me Education ClassesFor the first time, Newport Beach-based OC Mommy and Me will be offering toddler and preschool classes. taught by Hayley Goldberg, MFT and Parent Educator with IUSD.
The classes cover a myriad of topics to help moms learn techniques, tools, and knowledge to help manage difficult behavior as well as strengthen mother-child relationships.
