Get Fit

October 03, 2012

Ladies looking for a boutique style fitness studio committed to CrossFit’s core strength and conditioning programs can join CrossFit Fly in Newport Beach. The philosophy at CrossFit Fly is to empower women through fitness. You don’t need to be in great shape to start, all fitness levels can benefit from their program that’s committed to improving women’s strength and confidence.

Similar to a personal training studio, you’ll receive personal attention; they train in small groups, or crews, and each crew meets at the same time and day each week. Want to learn more about CrossFit Fly before  making a commitment to join? There’s a complimentary CrossFit introduction class that includes  learning about CrossFit methodologies, and instructions on how to perform three basic CrossFit movements, as well as a mini workout. And for the serious CrossFit ladies, there’s an upcoming CrossFit Fly competition on Friday, Oct. 5 at 5 p.m. There will be three challenging workouts, in two levels: competitive or fun.

Registration is limited and only 20 teams from each division will be included in the inaugural event. CrossFit Fly is at

3767 Birch St. in Newport Beach. 949.500.5728.
