Michelin-starred Chef Tony Esnault is offering a special 3-course Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 4. The holiday meal begins with options such as butter-poached Lobster Soup, and Radish Carpaccio featuring daikon and ninja radish with Tokyo turnip. For the main course, guests will select from a Farmers Market Vegetable Cocotte, Ora King Salmon, or Grass-Fed Te Mana Lamb Loin.
