Join Gelson’s Market in Irvine and the celebrated champagne house, Laurent-Perrier, for a sparkling evening of “Bubbles and Bites” at Gelson’s Irvine Wine Bar on November 21 from 6 PM to 8 PM. Enjoy a four-course culinary experience crafted by Gelson’s Executive Chef Tony Dang, with each dish thoughtfully paired with Laurent-Perrier’s finest champagnes.

Menu Highlights

  • First Course: Grilled Sriracha Shrimp Skewers, Gelson’s Prosciutto, and Brillat Savarin Triple Cream Cheese, paired with La Cuvée Brut NV
  • Second Course: Antipasto Brochette Skewer and Toro Crudo, paired with Cuvée Rosé Brut NV
  • Third Course: Lobster Salad and Cashew Chicken Skewers, paired with Blanc de Blanc Nature
  • Fourth Course: Duck Leg Confit, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Smoked Salmon and Caviar Deviled Eggs, paired with Grand Siècle

  • Seating is limited to 36 guests. Tickets are $85 per person (plus tax), with advance purchase required by November 17.
