The District at Tustin Legacy will host a free, family-friendly Halloween Spookfest from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31 in the Promenade. There will be a trick-or-treating station where kids can pick up bags to go trick-or-treating across the center, plus games and crafts, along with a DJ playing fun, Halloween-themed music and be on the lookout for a Halloween character roaming the property for frightfully fun photo opps!
