The start-up company specializes in personalized college kits for holidays, special occasions or just because. Parcels founder Monica Cottam, mother of four (three currently in college), says that when her kids started school she received a lot of advertising from companies offering care packages, but the boxes were filled with junk. We lost count a long time ago on the number of fro-yo shops in Orange County, but we still get excited when one offers something a little different. As is the case with Velvet Yogurt, new to Laguna Beach (opened six months ago) and in San Clemente for a few years.
