The source and treatment of your food is just as important as the taste. Tonight, at Haven Gastropub, six spectacular chef´s from Orange County are cooking up Foie Gras to raise money to support ethical farming practices and help repeal the Foie Gras ban which will take effect July 1st. Each chef, led by Greg Daniels, will create their own spin on Foie Gras. In addition to the dinner, Haven Gastropub will offer beer and wine pairing for an extra cost. One of South Coast Plaza’s most beloved fundraising events, the Summer Food & Wine Event returns Wednesday, May 16 from to 6 to 9 p.m. at Charlie Palmer at Bloomingdale’s South Coast Plaza.
