Throw Your Seafood Recipe in The Ring!

In anticipation of the April opening of the new Slapfish Laguna Beach, Chef/Owner Andrew Gruel is running a contest to find a culinary enthusiast who can contribute their favorite seafood dish named in their honor. Guests are invited to submit their recipes, and the winning dish will be on the menu for two months at the Laguna Beach location. The winner can eat it for free each time they go to the restaurant! From the same people who bring us the Irvine Lake Mud Run and That Dam Mud Run comes Orange County’s liveliest mud run, “Spring Break at the Lake” on Saturday, March 29, traversing the scenic trails of Oak Canyon Park.
