World Bread Day with OC Baking Co.

Our favorite bread baker in Orange County, Master Baker Dean Kim at OC Baking Company, is celebrating World Bread Day on Thursday, Oct. 16  by teaming up with Chef Greg Daniels at Provisions Market in Old Towne Orange. Kim will offer fresh-baked breads for a $10 donation from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Provisions Market. The Dough-nation Center will benefit Share Our Selves, a local nonprofit that provides food, clothing and emergency financial aid for housing, transportation, prescriptions and children’s needs to Orange County’s homeless and low-income populations. “For me, World Bread Day is an opportunity to focus on those less fortunate right here in our backyard,” says Baker…
