C Dobbs Boutique, formerly named Carol Rachelle in Corona del Mar, just celebrated the opening of its new location and rebranding. The boutique moved a few doors down to the former Francis Orr stationary store whose proprietor went into retirement.   C Dobbs – is named after the owner, Carol Dobbs who offers a curated selection of women’s apparel hand selected in Italy, France, Denmark and the U.S. C Dobbs also carries men’s clothing, accessories, specialty gifts and local artwork.
