Attention grilled cheese fanatics! Provisions Market and OC Baking Company are going all out again for in celebration of National Grilled Cheese Month to host The Big Cheese, Orange County’s grilled cheese festival and competition. Event Co-Founder chef Greg Daniels and local chefs will compete for the title of “The Big Cheese” in this 4th annual event to be held on National Grilled Cheese Day on Wednesday, April 12 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Provisions Market in Orange. The team behind Driftwood Kitchen and The Deck on Laguna, just opened their newest restaurant, Hendrix at the Ocean Ranch Village in Laguna Niguel. Hendrix offers "New American" cuisine a combination of flavors and traditional American cooking techniques. Executive Chef Rainer Schwarz’s menu items include local and seasonal ingredients, popular cuts of fish, steaks and chops as well as rotisserie items with interesting and flavorful accompaniments.
