Mesa and Executive Chef, Niki Starr, are at it again. The Costa Mesa-based lounge is debuting Chef’s Table Dinners on Wednesday, July 26, and continuing the last Wednesday of each month. You can experience Mesa’s monthly music-inspired Chef’s Table series with their delectable bites, visually stunning displays, and lively ambiance, influenced by a different artist each month.
