One of Asia’s hottest dessert trends just landed in the U.S.: Bear Cheese Tart brings its melt-in-your-mouth treats to Union Market at The District in Tustin. The Hokkaido-style baked cheese tarts – already a sensation in Japan, Malaysia and Australia – are palm-sized pastries made with cream cheese, set in a crisp shortcrust shell for a creamy treat that’s not too sweet, with a hint of savory. Center 360 Opens at Segerstrom Center for the Arts

Center 360, the newest outdoor dining destination from Patina Restaurant Group, officially opens at Orange County’s Segerstrom Center for the Arts on Saturday, October 28 within the new Julianne and George Argyros Plaza. Greg Stillman, a French Laundry veteran with more than two decades of culinary expertise and current Executive Chef behind the Segerstrom Center’s other restaurant, Leatherby’s Café Rouge, helms the new casual restaurant.
