Orange County's first Thai-style rolled ice cream shop, Rollin’ Creamery will celebrate the grand opening of its second location in Westminster on Saturday, Dec. 15 at 6 p.m. Its original location is in Fountain Valley. Enjoy free ice cream for the first 25 and a free drink for the first 100 guests. The rolled ice cream is a tricky endeavor to make and fun to watch.
