The Philharmonic Society of Orange County announces its 26th Philharmonic House of Design: a 7,200 sq. ft. Hamptons-style masterpiece located in the guarded coastal community of Monarch Point, perched high atop the bluff of Laguna Niguel mountain and offering panoramic vistas of Three Arch Bay’s Whitecaps, Catalina Island, and beyond.
