Balboa Bay Resort will host its 16th annual Newport Beach Wine Festival on May 24 – May 26. Held over Memorial Day Weekend, the festival will officially celebrate the start of summer with a series of dinners and tasting events.  Balboa Bay Resort’s new Executive Chef, Vic Casanova will be creating masterly paired menus for each of the events during the wine weekend.
