Fork & Salad, the Hawai‘i-inspired healthy fast-casual concept, brings the “Aloha Spirit” to Orange. The location will serve as the concept’s mainland headquarters and franchise training facility. Founded on Maui in 2016 by chefs Jaron Blosser, Cody Christopher, and Travis Morrin, the eatery aims to make healthy food affordable and accessible with tasty, nutritious ingredients and recipes inspired by the islands.
