When I first heard that Veggie Grill in Irvine was calling on all “virgins” to come out for its Virgin Night this Tuesday, I thought that’s not going to be much of a crowd. But then, I realized, a “virgin” was just a friend who is experiencing The Veggie Grill for the first-time. Ok, that’s completely different. Terrariums, So Hot Right Now!

I completely forgot about terrariums, until I read The Ecology Center’s first-ever workshop on the art of terrariums! And like anything that’s tie-dye, I love this remnant from the 70’s. This Saturday, Jan. 9 at 1 p.m. you can create an entirely self-sufficient ecosystem that fit inside one-gallon glass jars.
