There She Blows!

The time is now for spotting blue whales and huge pods of dolphins on whale watching excursions. Newport Landing Whale Watching cruises reports that the odds are in your favor that you will see migrating blue whales, even finbacks and minke whales have been spotted. The company is offering a $15 whale watching cruise special now through Sunday, Aug. 19. Cruises depart at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 3:30 p.m., and 6 p.m. daily and they last two and a half hours.
