Children can go for a free day of fun and a teddy bear at the Los Angeles Zoo on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. thanks to “Travelodge’s The Great Sleepy Bear Swap.” Just be one of the first 100 kids to bring a gently-used stuffed animal to the zoo to donate to charity and receive one free kid’s admission and a new Sleepy Bear teddy bear. Images Salon in Corona del Mar is celebrating its 11th Annual Cut-A-Thon on Sunday, Sept. 16 for Childhelp. This award-winning salon is known for its cutting edge cuts, color and innovative stylists.  Images’ stylist will be coming into work Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to raise money for abused children on their day off.
