Sherman Library & Gardens in Corona del Mar and Chef Pascal Olhats are planning Orange County’s newest experiential dining event “Garden Fusions” with a French Polynesian cuisine themed event on Thursday, May 29 at 5:30 p.m. “Coconuts de Provence” will include hors d' oeuvres served with complimentary tropical punch, a two course  gourmet dinner and a delicious dessert under tranquil giant palms, and a surprise from the Polynesian islands to entertain. “Garden Fusions” will be held the last Thursday of the month April through October (June dinner will be held the Third Thursday 6/19).
