Stoke a Student

Coastal Orange County’s luxury real estate firm, Arbor Real Estate just launched its “Stoke a Student” campaign in partnership with Surfside Sports in Costa Mesa. The program is aimed to inspire surf-loving students in the Newport Mesa area to value education and succeed in school. Going Solar in OC

A new government sponsored financing program, Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) called HERO, was just launched to give local homeowners the opportunity to go solar for no money out of pocket and repay the investment through property taxes, and receive tax write-offs.
