One of our favorite restaurants in Orange County, Babette’s in Crystal Cove is adding holiday dinners to its popular take-away menu. You can order a Thanksgiving Dinner to go, complete with Herb-Brined Organic Turkey, soup, salad, sides and choice of three fresh, seasonal pies, including a vegan option. Irvine Spectrum’s OC Chill Ice Rink

Irvine Spectrum Center has its own winter wonderland! Its outdoor OC Chill Ice Rink is open through Monday, Feb. 15. Skate sessions last 75 minutes and are priced at $18.50 for adults and children (includes skates rentals). If you bring your own skates, the price is $15.  Skate sessions for toddlers are $14 daily, including skate rental (sizes 8T to 12T only). Helmets are optional and free of charge. Season passes, private lessons and private parties are also available.   The OC Chill Ice Rink is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.  For more information, visit skatespectrum.com.
