On Friday, July 22, Hotel Irvine is bringing back Movie Nights in The Backyard with film favorites projected on a huge screen and picnics on the lawn. There are also new summer specials including Burgers & Brews on Saturdays, a craft Summertime Beer Series featuring different California craft breweries and Martini Mondays at Red Bar and Lounge. It’s dedicated to fermentation, oak-aging and packaging of The Bruery’s farmhouse-style wild and sour ales. Like it’s sister Bruery Tasting Room a few miles away, it will offer flights, growler fills, bottles to-go and Society perks. Sarah’s idea for tutublue came after a personal skin cancer scare and studying the damaging effects of the sun. ‘The Godfather’ Live

Fans of Francis Ford Coppola’s legendary film,The Godfather won’t want to miss The Godfather Live in concert at Segerstrom Center for the Arts on Saturday, Oct. 1, with two performances at 1 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. A symphony orchestra will perform Nino Rota’s iconic score along with the film’s traditional Italian folk music and jazz while the film is simultaneously shown in high definition on the big screen.
