The first annual True Sioux Hope Gala will be celebrated on Saturday, Nov. 12 starting at 5 p.m. at Balboa Bay Resort. Twila True, best known for her luxury nail salons, Polished Perfect By Twila True,  is a member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe from Pine Ridge, South Dakota. She knows first-hand the unconscionable conditions in which the Sioux Tribe is forced to live, so she founded the True Sioux Hope Foundation to assist the people of the Pine Ridge Reservation.
