Festival Ballet Theatre (FBT), Orange County’s resident professional ballet company, will introduce its 2016-17 season with the contemporary, full-length ballet The Secret Garden on Saturday, Oct. 15 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Oct.16 at 2 p.m. at the Irvine Barclay Theatre in Irvine. The Laguna College of Art and Design (LCAD), recognized as one of the top art schools in the country will be participating in the Next Generation Paint Out, a live painting competition on October 12 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Heisler Park in Laguna Beach.
