Mother’s Market & Kitchen in Laguna Woods will be hosting a Health Fair this Saturday, January 28 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. You can meet vendors who will be demonstrating their products and providing free samples, all in the name of health, including supplements and body care. Mother’s will also be offering free samples from its popular Deli and Juice Bar, as well as Mother’s quality organic produce. You can also enter to win drawings for Mother’s gift cards and baskets! The Year of the Rooster at Fashion Island and Irvine Spectrum Center

The Super Bowl of Beer Pong

The place to be on Sunday at 2 p.m. if you love beer, ping pong and competition is at the Orange County Press Club’s annual Beer Pong Tournament at Henry’s Bar & Grill in Garden Grove. To participate you must be 21 years or older. The event is FREE, but the Press Club is accepting donations to fund future events. Students are encouraged to register and represent their journalism/PR programs. You can come up with a creative team name. You must email event organizer Hannah Fry at Hannah.fry@latimes.com.
