Segerstrom Center for the Arts celebrates the grand opening of the Michael Maltzan-designed Julianne and George Argyros Plaza and the Center for Dance and Innovation on Saturday, Oct. 28 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. At 7 p.m., you won’t want to miss music by popular California-based bands Orgōne and Monophonics and an incredible, gravity-defying performance by BANDALOOP dancing across the wall of Segerstrom Hall above the new Argyros Stage. Dracula Live in Concert

Film buffs are in for a thrill when Philip Glass along with the Grammy Award-winning Kronos Quartet perform live during the 1931 film classic, Dracula at Segerstrom Center for the Arts on Saturday, Oct. 28 at 7:30 p.m. The Philharmonic Society of Orange County and Segerstrom Center for the Arts are co-presenting Tod Browning’s Dracula starring Bela Lugosi with original music by Philip Glass performed live by the legendary composer at the piano, the Grammy Award-winning Kronos Quartet, with Mick Rossi directing from the keyboard. Riders in the Sky at Musco Center for the Arts
