Comedian Jeff Garcia will headline at The Rec Room in Huntington Beach on Friday, Feb. 15 and Saturday, Feb.16 at 8 p.m. Jeff Garcia is a California stand-up comedian, actor, and voice actor. He is best known for his voice acting role as Sheen Estevez in “Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius,” “Planet Sheen” and “The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius,” which the latter has earned him an Annie Award.
