Two Costa Mesa Restaurants Receive Michelin Stars

Yesterday some of the state’s most renowned chefs gathered at the Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach for the highly anticipated selection of star awards in the 2019 Michelin Guide California, the first-ever statewide Michelin Guide. And, the big surprise and excitement came when two Costa Mesa restaurants and their chefs were awarded a One Star from Michelin and the coveted chef’s coat! Hana Re and Chef Atsushi Yokoyama along with Taco María and Chef Carlos Salgado were selected amongst 90 restaurants in California. Vitamin A Celebrates World Oceans Day

Vitamin A is celebrating World Oceans Day on Saturday, June 8 at Aliso Beach from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. The SoCal based swimwear brand will be hosting a beach clean-up in Laguna, where they'll be collecting waste that endangers local sea life. You can join with friends and family to help create a cleaner, sunnier coastline. Vitamin A will be providing FREE beach parking for all volunteers valid 8 a.m.-1 p.m. and some Vitamin A goodies as a thank you for all volunteers  help.
